Prior to submitting payment, please utilize the Custom Orders tab on the home page to contact us with your request. We will provide a digital rendering via email of your item for approval. Once approved, production will begin after payment has been received.

● Communication: Please allow 24-48 hours for email responses.

● Shipping & Handling: Please choose your shipping option from the shop tab at time of purchase.

● Production & Shipping: Orders require 5-10 business days for production and shipping from Texas.

● Tracking: USPS tracking information will be provided within 5-10 days of purchase, along with email updates if any delays occur.
